Maid-sama! Episode #26

Continuing from Ep. 25, Misa-chan and Usui-kun spend their time at Yumesaki school festival by themselves… after they run away from those fangirls! (Damn, they already have Kuuga but why Usui?)

BTW, it seems that Suzuna scored a jackpot on winning a game console. But we’re not gonna see it because it’s the final episode…

How about a love tunnel challenge where couples must do tasks while they hold hands all the way…

Seems impossible for these two, right? Wrong!

While Sakura is being lectured by Shizuko…

…our battle couple sweeps all the challenges like mad people!

Symmetrical docking, anyone?

At least they won the grand prize…

As we see these three stooges turned blobs for one last time…

…it’s time for the UxMishi concert where Sakura got heart-struck upon seeing and hearing them perform live. I guess she’s speechless right now after the concert…

And here’s Kuuga-kun in person, ready to escort Sakura and Shizuko on touring the Yumesaki campus.

Still, she’s not convinced on his drastic change in personality!

So how will these two spend their time alone at the remainder of the festival?

How about watching the fireworks display on a room… in a costume by themselves! Still, they’re “enduring” their feelings towards each other for too long, especially Misaki-chan!

But at least they let it go on their feelings and kiss… Awww, how heartwarming with fireworks at the background~!

Wow, I guess they’re just shy to confess their feelings… Then again, this series is so good from its visuals, its pacing, and the music if not for two ending themes of the show. Good job Ayumi Fujimura and Nobuhiko Okamoto!

Still, I don’t think the love triangle is not resolved yet which is kinda disappointing. Yet, Usui’s past as seen from the second ending didn’t bring up to this series… I guess my hunch is that if DVD sales are good, we might see JCStaff do another second season and end it when the manga has finished. (Kinda like Nodame Cantabile)

Anyway, Maid-sama! ended up pretty good! Just hope that JCStaff might announce a Season 2 to this series…
