Hey guys and gals, it’s the climax for the Cannibal Candy arc. As you may guessed it correctly…
…Lisette is Felix’ machine doll, and therefore the eponymous Cannibal Candy known as Eliza.
NOTE: For those who don’t know, I’m using “machine doll” as a term for human-shaped automatons. Others like Sigmund will still be called automatons.
Without further ado, this is the fight that you all been waiting for! In regards to Eliza, she can use magic from other automatons since Eliza consumed various Hearts’ of Eve thanks to Felix. One drawback though is that Felix has to shuffle Eliza’s magic by ejecting the current heart in order to use another one. Whoops!
Unfortunately regarding this fight, it’s even more jarring that they use 3D CGI horribly. Way to ruin the moment, Lerche!
But hey, there’s nudity and that’s a saving grace on this show. But anyways, thanks to Raishin’s strategy and Yaya’s hidden tricks (since she lost her limiter thanks to Shoko last week), Eliza the Cannibal Candy is defeated!
And for good measure, Raishin delivers a punch in the face to Felix Kingsfort. That’s a way on breaking his stupid smile on his face! Since Felix is part of the Disciplinary Board (and not to mentioned being born from a prestigious family), Raishin’s actions won’t get away easily, right?
Nope, he has witnesses. Although Magnus is analyzing Raishin and Yaya during the fight for obvious reason, Kimberley’s testimony helped both Raishin and Charlotte clear their names. Thanks, Ms. Advisor!
With that, it’s the end of the first arc. Of course, Raishin has to accept a gift from Charlotte since not only she was saved, but congratulating him on joining the Walpurgisnacht Carnival!
Getting jealous again, huh? You’re always like that, Yaya!
One more thing before ending this post. The reason why Charlotte is attending Walpurgis Royal Academy of Machine Arts is because she’s finding her scattered remains of her family: From her parents and siblings, to various Hearts’ of Eve belonging to them.
On the other hand, I have a hunch that Felix sued her family for letting their dog automaton hurt him. But no matter since Felix is gone and Lisette can rest in peace! Well then, on to the next episode…
