Hello guys and girls, this is another Sunrise mecha anime that is not Valvrave… In fact, not only Buddy Complex combines the essential Gundam elements, but they throw the likes of Aura Battler Dunbine and Gear Fighter Dendoh into the mixer and blend it together! (For those who are not mecha buffs, you can search both shows.)
Of course, unlike Valvrave where they got music from Nana Mizuki and T.M.Revolution, Buddy Complex is just your average Sunrise mecha show. And while this show has the likes of Yoshitsugu Matsuoka and Kouki Uchiyama, I’m thinking that this show would last into 12 episodes because it didn’t excite me much (other than being similar to Valvrave, minus the infamous parts).
On the other hand, I have a feeling that Saori Hayami is considered to be the queen of voicing young girls dying easily. Sorry Hina Yumihara, but you’re joining Sachi from Sword Art Online into afterlife… or is it? Anyways, I’ll continue blogging this series until then.
