Hey guys, I welcome you back to Love Live! As you can see, Honoka has become the student council president!
But then again, she’s just being overwhelmed! But hey, at least she and her fellow μ’s saved Otonokizaka Academy from closing down.
BTW, there’s another Love Live! competition coming up. Instead of competing based on ranking, it’s gonna be a traditional idol competition on a national scale. Hmm, I hope Sunrise didn’t snoop in on Wake Up, Girls! ’cause this plot felt similar, only less jarring animation. On the other hand, I don’t think they turn Love Live! into a dark turn by criticizing the idol industry.
Back to the plot and as you may know from the first season, A-RISE has won the first Love Live! thanks to bad luck from μ’s. Now the question is… Will they join the next Love Live! competition?
Surprising, “No!” as told by Honoka who is always take on the challenge. But given that she’s the student council president, I think that’s her logical choice… at first. Oh yes, and she doesn’t want to collapse on the stage as she did back in Episode 11 of Season 1.
But in the end, Honoka just gave in- Oh wait, she was convinced by her mates that they’ll join the next Love Live! competition.
And BTW, this is their last time that they’ll do it together as a 9-member idol group called μ’s. That’s because Eri, Nozomi, and Nico are going to graduate next March, so this is their last time that they’ll perform as school idols… And they’ll have to win this time, which is a tall order for μ’s to handle.
Anyways, good luck for them! For now, it’s on to the next episode…
