Phantasy Star Online 2 The Animation Episode #02

Well, here’s the new character I’m talking about last episode. This is Aika Suzuki, a returnee who’s exceptional in both physical and mental capabilities.

Oh, and she has a cute Rappy on her shoulder! Just kidding, that Rappy is all just an illusion!

On the other hand, Aika-san interested on our generic protagonist Itsuki Tachibana as he’s recently playing Phantasy Star Online 2 last episode!

In fact, Aika is playing PSO2 as well. We don’t know what her current class is, but Aika Suzuki mastered 1 to 3 classes so far.

Meanwhile, here’s the ace student Rina Izumi as she’s doing her usual routine by playing Phantasy Star Online 2.

Then again, Rina isn’t her usual self when playing SORO. In fact, Rina’s avatar is in a perilous situation!

But luckily, there’s Itsuki as he came to rescue SORO despite being an enthusiastic beginner.

Gotta say, he’s getting good at playing PSO2 so it seems that Itsuki might graduate from being a generic protagonist!

And now, let’s end this post with an idol concert! Yup, this happens in PSO2 so it’s no surprise for those players to experience this after a hour of grinding and completing quests!

I know the games don’t have an English release. But I do not know if I will check this show out. Kind of was curious on someone’s thoughts on the second episode. I might though, mostly out of curiosity. But anyway, did you play the games or are you going not knowing about the game, (sort of did not look at your episode 1 review to see yet)?

I haven’t played PSO2, but I’ve played Phantasy Star Online 1 and Phantasy Star Universe.

On the other hand, there’s an English version released… in South-East Asia.

Alright thanks. I ended up watching both ep earlier today, and rather liked them. It was nice to see a video game anime where they were not stuck in a game. Not sure if they are following the story of the game, somehow I doubt it, and it is interesting for the direction they are going with a video game based anime for once.
