BanG Dream! Episode #08

This is Saya Yamabuki’s mother who is very concerned about her daughter’s happiness. However, the problem is that Saya is very worrisome when it comes to her mother’s health as she has anemia and have headaches most of the time.

Well, that’s unfortunate as Saya missed most of her time with friends in order to stay with her mother. Heck, that’s the reason why she left her previous band!

Anyways, the school festival at Hanasakigawa Girls’ Academy has begun and Kasumi Toyama’s class are doing well on manning the pastry cafe.

It’s sucks that Saya Yamabuki didn’t come today because her mother got a headache and went to the hospital.

As for Saya Yamabuki, seems that she received a letter from Kasumi Toyama as she wanted her friend Saya to join Poppin’ Party, because Kasumi and her band-mates deeply care for Yamabuki!

Along with the letter, there’s also the lyrics for Poppin’ Party’s original song. But still, Saya won’t go…

That’s until Saya’s mother told her to go there and have fun. Also, she told her daughter that she’ll be fine together with Saya’s little siblings.

And so, Saya Yamabuki headed to Hanasakigawa Girls’ Academy while listening to Poppin Party’s original song.

Even though she might barely make it, will Saya be good enough to play the whole song without messing up?

Anyways, she arrived at the school only to be confronted by her former band-mates.

Then again, they have no ill will towards Saya Yamabuki as Natsuki Umino and the rest thanked her for reaching their dreams.

Now then, Kasumi Toyama and her band-mates are ready to play but they still don’t have a drummer.

But it wasn’t until Saya Yamabuki arrived to save the day! Glad that she made it!

Anyways, I’ll leave you with these still images of Poppin’ Party performing their original song “STAR BEAT! ~Hoshi no Kodou~”.

It sounds okay but the CG animation is a bit lacking compared to Sunrise’s Love Live! series.

As for Yamabuki, she’s enjoying it as Saya has returned to become Poppin’ Party’s drummer. Glad to see her back!

Anyways, that’s about it for this episode and although I wanted to end this series right here, seems that there’s more to come for BanG Dream!
