Here’s an anime adaptation of a Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko light novel by Satelight and C2C. I’m not sure why it has questions on the title because it’s absurd for my tastes, but it’s another fantasy world where humanity went almost extinct after a great war against the beasts.
With that said, let me introduce to you to Chtholly Nota Seniorious as she’s about to fall towards her doom, right after chasing a black cat who stole her jewelry.
Not until Willem Kmetsch arrived at the scene to rescue Chtholly from certain death. Oh by the way, this guy is the only remaining human in the surface as the rest of humanity went to other places, even on floating islands.
But anyways, Willem managed to rescue Chtholly but the local folks are very hostile towards both of them as they don’t have horns nor fangs.
That’s because the surface is filled with humanoid animals after humanity was driven away.
With that said, both Willem and Chtholly spend a lot of their time walking around town before she told Willem to forget about her as Chtholly was taken away. But hey, at least Willem bought Chtholly a hat to cover her head!
However, they’ll eventually meet again when Willem was tasked to take care of weapons at Island 68. And also, it turns out that Chtholly Nota Seniorious is actually a fairy who can wield holy swords to attack the beasts.
In any case, Willem Kmetsch took the job and began his life as the caretaker of fairies at Island 68.
Also joining Willem is the eternally 17 human troll named Nygglatho. While she’s also taking care of the fairies, Nygglatho has some interest on Willem Kmetsch as she wants to eat him. Ewww…
Lastly, here are the fairies that Willem will babysit them for the rest of his life at Island 68. Yeah, they looked cute but I’m worried that they’ll become tools of war!
With that said, I have to say that Satelight and C2C’s adaptation is quite decent, but the title of this anime series is still absurd to my taste! Anyways, I’ll see you on the next episode…
