Summer 2017: The rest of the field… 2nd Half!

Here’s a random pic courtesy of Wake Up, Girls! in which it’ll have a new TV series in October. While there’s no new information yet regarding WUG!, I’m hoping that Wake Up, Girls! Shin Shou won’t be a disappointment after the movie duology that basically concludes the story in my opinion.

By the way, apologies for being slow today as I’m busy with real-life and I couldn’t have the time to finish some shows like Warau Salesman NEW, plus some OVAs and movies.

01. My Hero Academia

Anyways, let’s start things off with My Hero Academia as while Izuku Midoriya is doing well during his harsh internship with Gran Torino, Deku encountered the most dangerous villain of all: The Hero Killer Stain. Oh yeah, and Stain would have killed Tenya Iida and some random hero if it wasn’t for Izuku and Shouto’s intervention, which not only snap Tenya from being a powerless hero into helping them on beating the hero killer.

Even though Stain is defeated, seems that his beliefs that the current heroes are not acting as true heroes might be right, but he’s a bit twisted thanks in part on joining the League of Villains. Nevertheless, Midoriya, Iida, and Todoroki didn’t get killed upon apprehending a deranged criminal, but they need to stay away from the public eye and let Shouto’s father Endeavor take the spotlight even though he didn’t beat Stain. And speaking of the League of Villains, I got to see a glimpse of its leader and man, he’s the one who started the whole mess that Deku and All Might’s Quirk “One For All” was derived from the leader’s Quirk “All For One”.

With that said, Izuku and his fellow classmates at U.A. High School should be careful as My Hero Academia might get really serious when dealing with the League of Villains as they got more baddies who are inspired by Stain’s actions.

02. Hina Logi ~from Luck & Logic~

Next up is Hina Logi where Liones Yelistratova is doing good at Pirari Academy and she made some friends, including the experienced Logicalist Nina Alexandrovna. Of course, the faculty from Pirari Academy are worried about Lion-chan as she’s losing her will when doing a Trance with Rosa. However, I feel that Lion-chan will mitigate with those shortcomings in the future!

By the way, the original cast from Luck & Logic have appeared in Episode 5 to teach the students at Pirari Academy on how to be a real Logicalist. Then again, what happened to Yoshichika Tsurugi and Athena after that show? One last thing, seems that Mizuki Azuma has a crush on Yuuko Morigaya but let’s just say that Yuuko is so freakin’ dense towards Mizuki’s feelings.

03. Koi to Uso

Finally, I’m gonna end this post with Koi to Uso as Yukari Nejima’s love life has gone complicated as we introduce to his official fiance Lilina Sanada. Of course, they’re just friends for the time being but Yukari will have to marry Lilina or he won’t get any benefits from the government in the future.

On the other hand, seems that Lilina Sanada wants her betrothed to be with Misaki Takasaki even though it’s forbidden by law, while Yukari’s friend Yuusuke Nisaka has some secret intimate feelings towards him. Basically, Nisaka is gay to Nejima! And lastly, I speculate that Yuusuke Nisaka might become the partner of Misaki Takasaki in the future. Still, this show is a clusterfuck on which character should end up with as the government tells them that you have to be with your assigned partner or you’re out of luck!

Anyways, I’ll end this post with the main quartet holding hands while watching the fireflies. Come to think of it, would it be nice if they do a foursome?
