While King Orfans would be really mad that his foolish daughter would risk her life fighting a dragon, I think there’s a chance that Anis might kill the dragon.
So while Princess Anisphia and Euphyllia are gonna fight the dragon by themselves, the reason why she wanted to kill the dragon is because there’s a rare magical stone that she must collect upon defeating it.
