Well everyone, here’s a spin-off to Love Live! Sunshine!! set in a fantasy world. This is Yoshi- I mean, Yohane who just returned to Numazu after living in the big city for two years.
And while Yohane wants to make it big as a singer, she failed countless times that her mother told her to go back to Numazu.
Anyways, here’s Laelaps who is actually Yohane’s pet dog that can talk. Not to mention that Laelaps is actually bigger in this spin-off. With that said, Yohane is not happy returning to her hometown.
And speaking of Yohane, looks like she stumbled upon a flyer that promotes Hanamaru’s bread stand. Now I’m curious on what happened to Hanamaru.
And here’s Hanamaru where she’s thrilled that her childhood friend has returned to Numazu. Oh yeah, Hanamaru wants Yohane to try her new product, although Yohane is not interested right now.
I’m really surprised that a glutton like Hanamaru is now a baker. I guess most of the Aqours cast have different personalities on this spin-off.
Now let’s move onto the next scene where Laelaps takes Yohane to a large tree trunk where she used to sing by herself.
Unfortunately, nobody acknowledged her talent. Even worse when they mock her for singing prowess that Yohane decides to move to the big city and make it big there.
Of course, Yohane failed to reach her dream after spending time in fantasy Tokyo for two years, which is really sucks as she has the potential to shine further. If only someone would recognize her brilliance.
Luckily, Hanamaru is here where it turns out that her singing talent has inspired her to become a baker. Glad that Yohane got her first fan!
Anyways, it’s time for Yohane’s solo performance where she sings “Far far away” while holding a small twig. C’mon, she has a great singing voice after all, yet nobody accepted her for what she’s worth!
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Yohane changed her clothes for a brief moment. Sure that it’s silly, but this is Love Live! where there’s a music number every single time.
Thanks to Yohane’s song, looks like this twig transforms into a magic stick. Don’t tell me that Yohane is actually a fallen angel?
Just kidding, it seems that Yohane has magic powers, albeit a bit faint right now.
One more thing, looks like Yohane received a sun bread from Hanamaru. Really happy to see a childhood friend supporting Yohane.
With that said, I have a feeling that Yohane would grow into a bright star that shines over Numazu thanks to her musical talent and latent magic powers.
But seriously, I’m loving this spin-off to Love Live! Sunshine!! where Yohane can finally live her fantasies, although I wish she becomes a fallen angel.
