BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!! Episode #10

Well, the darkest hour has arrived. Tomori Takamatsu’s band is in shambles as she can’t do anything to get it back together. While going to the planetarium might clear her mind, Tomori’s heart is scarred forever.

Meanwhile, it appears that Takamatsu accidentally encountered Uika Misumi. Sure that the guitarist and vocalist of sumimi doesn’t want to tell her true identity, but Misumi might help Takamatsu out.

And speaking of Uika-san, it appears that she convinces Tomori to continue writing lyrics as Uika Misumi saw a great potential towards her.

But seriously, Tomori Takamatsu is pretty talented when it comes to writing lyrics as she expresses her emotions, from regrets to pain. Of course, she doesn’t have a band right now so what will Tomori do?

Well, Tomori decides to do a poem recital at Live House RiNG. And while the audience are scratching their heads, this is technically a live performance.

But yes, Tomori Takamatsu’s recital not only garnered a small group of fans, but also managed to get both Rana Kaname and Taki Shiina back into the fold. Seems that the band is starting to get back together, huh?

Oh yeah, about Taki Shiina? She wants to apologize to Tomori Takamatsu for not being considerate to her feelings at that time, like when she brought a new bassist to replace Soyo Nagasaki who went AWOL.

But speaking of Nagasaki, there’s one person who might know about Soyo’s whereabouts.

However, it seems that Mutsumi Wakaba doesn’t know where Soyo Nagasaki actually is. Perhaps that Mutsumi is hesitant to tell the whole truth or that she’s out of the loop regarding Soyo’s whereabouts.

So they’ll skip Nagasaki for the time being as Tomori Takamatsu tries to take Anon Chihaya back, although it’ll be tougher for Takamatsu to convince Chihaya since she wasn’t needed after all.

Of course, this has nothing to do about CRYCHIC, this is a new band that is separate from the old one as Tomori needed Anon to bring it back. After all, both Chihaya and Takamatsu started the whole band thing in the first place.

Now that’s left to do is to take Soyo Nagasaki back into Tomori’s new girls’ band. The problem is Soyo’s whereabouts.

Luckily, Anon managed to find Soyo after tailing her straight to her luxury condominium. Then again, Nagasaki is not keen in joining Tomori’s band as her heart is still with CRYCHIC. It’s really sucks that Soyo is stuck in the past!

However, I feel that Soyo Nagasaki will have a change of heart as Rana Kaname gave the bass guitar to her. Well then, it’s time for a proper band performance.

And here’s Tomori Takamatsu where she’s about to perform a brand-new song. It’s start with a poem where Tomori expresses her complete loss, regrets of not keeping all of the precious things together, and thoughts of going back the way it used to be.

And when Soyo Nagasaki heard everything from Tomori Takamatsu, it finally hit her as Soyo is reduced to tears while playing the bass guitar.

I guess she realize that it’s time to let go of the past and join Tomori’s band for reals through thick and thin.

Soon, the band performance went from being a poem recital into a full-fledged song as Takamatsu let out her singing voice while her bandmates are shedding tears.

All I can say is that Tomori’s lyrics has changed everyone where it comes from her lasting pain throughout the ages, from the disbandment of CRYCHIC to experiencing the same trauma once again. And despite losing everything, Tomori didn’t give up as she continues to push through despite the emotional pain, now it’s being shared among her bandmates.

But anyways, Tomori Takamatsu’s new band is back in action with a new song titled “Utakotoba”. Although their band still doesn’t have a name, I really enjoyed this episode ’cause it’s a roller-coaster ride of emotions where Tomori managed to gather all the missing pieces and ended it with an amazing performance.

You may thank Uika Misumi for convincing Takamatsu to continue her passion, but now I wonder what’s gonna happen to Sakiko Togawa as she’s planning a new project with Misumi. Well then, I’ll see you next time!
