Well, looks like Jess and Mr. Pig have finally reached the royal capital, but they couldn’t enter the capital in any possible way. Even appealing to the king doesn’t give them the entrance.
But it get worse when a flock of heckripons surround both Jess and Mr. Pig, meaning that a bad omen is about to happen soon.
In any case, the night has arrived where Jess got shot by a bolt. Oh boy, looks like some Yethma hunters have managed to catch up with them.
And it gets worse when one of the hunters managed to shoot a poison-tipped bolt at Jess, although Mr. Pig believes that they’re just bluffing.
Well then, looks like they’ll have to fight against these two hunters by using the rista balls that they received from Naut. Speaking of Naut, I hope he and his pet wolf Rossi survives.
Anyways, time for Mr. Pig to fight back as he used a red rista to create an explosion, basically serve as a distraction to the hunters and as a way to cut one of the large trees.
While I’m surprised by Mr. Pig’s ingenuity, he and Jess are still in danger.
That’s where Mr. Pig tackled one of the hunters after freezing his legs, although this hunter is still alive unless Jess managed to call the wolves.
Luckily, Jess managed to call the wolves as she took Mr. Pig and hide. Let’s hope that the wolves would kill the Yethma hunters, but that depends on whether those hunters are capable of defending themselves or not.
But after a few hours have passed, it looks like the dust has settled where the hunters are presumably killed by a pack of rabid wolves.
Of course, the presence of heckripons within the Needle Woods alarmed Mr. Pig upon getting out of his hiding spot.
However, Mr. Pig noticed something odd about the heckripons as Mr. Pig theorized that they came from outside the ecosystem during the dark ages and some of them are summoned by mages.
Also, Mr. Pig believes that the heckripons are not bringing bad omen when a Yethma is around, but rather they serve as eyes for the mages (and possibly the king) who are living inside the royal capital.
Therefore, Mr. Pig suggested to Jess to appeal to the heckripons in order to open the passage to the royal capital. If that didn’t work, I feel that it’s the end of the road for Jess.
Speaking of Jess, she wants to be reincarnated into a pig but then again, I would rather have Jess reincarnated into a normal human being in a peaceful world. As for Mr. Pig, I wish he’ll be reincarnated as a human again.
Anyways, it appears that making an appeal to the heckripons have worked out as Jess and Mr. Pig found the entrance to the royal capital.
