Nobunaga: The Fool Episode #15

Well Jeanne, it seems that you’re in a bind for some reason… I guess I could say that King Arthur is the false Savior-King!

But don’t worry, Cesare Borgia and Machiavelli will save you if you acknowledge King Arthur as the true Savior-King. Otherwise, they’ll burn you!

And that’s how Jeanne Kaguya d’Arc got herself being tied up, ready to get roasted in front of the villagers by Machiavelli.

You have to remember that Jeanne is scared at fire and she was burned once during her time as the flag-bearer for the French Army.

Now, Jeanne is going to become a martyr and everything goes downhill from there!

But that’s until Nobunaga and his motley crew are here to save Jeanne from burnination! By the way, he’s not using his Giant War Armor on this episode ’cause it’s more effective when you have a bow and arrow to immobilize the pilots.

And that’s how Nobunaga saves Jeanne/Ranmaru. Unfortunately, it soon followed with the destruction of her village which slightly breaks Jeanne’s heart.

Speaking of destruction, seems that Nobunaga saw visions of Owari being destroyed. I have a feeling that some opportunists are planning to put Owari into disarray when Nobunaga is away. I’m hoping that it’s not Ieyasu Tokugawa.

Anyways, it’s time for Nobunaga to decide whether to go back to the Star of the East, or confront King Arthur and the Round Table head-on next week!
